Good day dear Sean,
I trust this finds you well.
I am having a hard time trying to use a booking which payment feom me to Sky Island was done back in 2020.
In contact with one of your staff member, i was informed there's availability this weekend, but when asking to confirm my booking, after a long echange of whatsapp messages, I am being informed that i am not able to proceed with my booking without paying again.
